Who is responsible
This is my personal portfolio site. I am responsible for the personal data it collects. You can reach me at the e-mail address on the Contacts page.
What I collect and why
I collect only what you send me through the two forms on the site:
- the inquiry form at the foot of every page: your e-mail address;
- the print request: your name, e-mail address, country and city, the size you would like, your message, and the work and print you are asking about.
I use these details only to answer your request. There are no accounts and no newsletter, and I do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Spam protection
The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell people from bots, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details, under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google then sets its _ga cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no such cookie is set.
Your choice itself is kept in a cookie named consent for 12 months. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page.
Where it is kept and for how long
Requests are stored on the site's server and a copy is sent to my mailbox. I keep them only as long as I need them to deal with your request, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Write to the e-mail address on the Contacts page. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, the authority of your country.
Changes
I may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
